This contemporary property was completely refurbished internally in 2022 with fresh linen and curtains, new modern tones and furnishings and brand new shower room.

The Malvern Retreat stands detached and set back from the road and views of the Malvern Hills can be enjoyed from the secluded & private fully fenced-in south-facing garden, perfect if you have a well behaved pet. There is also plenty of safe private parking for two cars.

The property features a large open-plan living/dining-room with real oak wooden floors and french doors to the beautifully landscaped garden. There is a farmhouse-style, modern fitted Kitchen area, a cottage style double bedroom, a twin-bedded room and a modern shower room with facilities.

The property enjoys gas central heating, 42 inch digital TV with Freeview and free Wi-Fi. There is a cooker, microwave, barbecue and a travel cot & high chair.
